This repo is about my shiny app. It includes R scripts and documentation.
The app is hosted in RStudio server, everyeone can access it from https://yitang.shinyapps.io/density_compare/ and use it for free.
The documentation is produced by slidify package in R and hosted in http://yistats.github.io/shinyApp.
