#CyPath2 (or CyPathwayCommons)#

This is a Cytoscape 3 app (plugin) that use the cPath2 Java client and API libraries. It provides UI and connection to, searching and quering the PC2 BioPAX database and importing the result sub-networks into Cytoscape.
