New Korean translation.

I agree that some translations and word choices are old fasioned, but I think it can be merged since there was no translation before at all. Translation itself is not incorrect as a whole. If someone wants to translate it a more modernly, I think it can be done by subsequent PRs.
The words people are likely to complain are:
- "누리집": What about "웹사이트"
- "사업": What about "프로젝트"
- "기록철": What about "파일"
- "거르개": What about "필터"
If only those word choices were changed I think this translation would be accepted by most Koreans.
