bug fix for when you have two pallets that have the same version numb…

…er, but

have different release numbers. Without this fix, you'll see multiple listings
of the same pallet.

update hpssacli for 6.x and 7.x and make sure each version has its own

hpssacli RPM.

although the RPM packages are named the same, they have different checksums.
