Rates using REST Web Service 

Server serve daily rates of all currency and banks which he has in database.

Database can be update rates from czech CNB.

Server can register watch rate currency and user. 
After rate is inserting into local database All watch are check and someone has watch rate above actual rate, the system add 100 currency.

This project was created as School project.  

Don't take it example from it. I'm beginner in java.
