Check and correct an error phylip file.
If you want to check your phylip file:
python checkPhylipFile.py [-h] [-f FILEX]
The output file will create with same name and extension: .log
If you want to correct your phylip file:
python correctPhylipFile.py [-h] [-f FILEX]
The file will create and replace the old file.
