I’m Sonish Sivarajkumar, a Research Scientist at Eli Lilly & Co. specializing in deep learning, generative and agentic AI. I earned my doctorate in Intelligent Systems (Informatics Track) from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Computing and Information. My research encompasses clinical NLP, information retrieval and extraction, few- and zero-shot learning, clinical large language models, and agentic AI systems. I’m also deeply invested in foundational AI models, translational research, biomedical informatics, and the use of real-world evidence and EHR data to drive biomedical discoveries and advance clinical trials.
