This is the initial checkin of the HANA express tutorials created in July 2017. It includes

  • tutorials for developing against HANA Express using Python, Ruby, Golang, and NodeJS (without XSA)
  • tutorials that use numerous different web frameworks such as python-flask, ruby-sinatra and golang-http
  • tutorials that show how to deploy to different cloud providers such as GCP, AWS and Azure.

This commit includes the new tutorials for different scripting languages
(e.g. golang, ruby, nodejs, python), different web frameworks (e.g.
flask, ruby sinatra) and different cloud providers (GCP, AWS and Azure).
Test.js in production caught some spelling "errors" that were not caught
in QA.

This should have been checked in to SAP-Documents/How-Tos, instead of this repository (SAP-Documents/Tutorials). Therefore I am closing the pull request.
