This PR is a complete revamp of the ARE-repo.

  • run script have been rewritten (in python) to simplify and modernize. The idea was to make it easier for prospective users to copy paste from the scripts
  • cleaned up the criticality approach scripts etc.
  • uses only CAD_to_OpenMC for meshing.
  • crude thermal expansion approximation by adjusting the density of materials
  • automatic testing procedure of setup
