Nextcloud 30 - 3.0.3 - Maintenance Update

I have updated the artifact. No code (besides the version code) was changed, but i didn't want to replace the old artifact which was produced by a different method, leaving in some pictures.

This updates Splash to work with Nextcloud 30.
