- Added test steps for sending position report plan and getting position report logs
- Added flight plan resource.
- Created test scenario for spatial position-based conformance test.
- Added a basic test case for testing activation of operation based on position report.
- Added basic changes to mock uss to receive position reports.
- Made changes to Position reporter to allow test flow.
- Next iteration - Test data will be improved, and commented out state check will be allowed in the test, once mock uss has basic cm.
