Tools for usage with MCNP
- mctal.py - Python class for the mctal output file from MCNP/MCNPX. This code is based on work by batkov for reading in tallies and has been modified and improved to include the ability to write to xls.
- SPESpectra.py - Python class for reading the ASCII SPE files defined in the ORTEC-Software-File-Structure-Manual.pdf. Currently implemented is a plotting capbility (using matplotlib) and a method for calculating region of intrest (as laid out in the ORTEC manual).
