The first release candidate of Clair v2.0.0

This release contains large refactors of the codebase and many
performance improvements. In addition, Clair now supports Alpine Linux
and Oracle Linux.

When upgrading from Clair 1.2.6, there is one breaking change in the
config schema as to where you configure the database connection data.
Please review the example config before updating.
