Displaylink USB-LCD kernel driver for android

a)Install
 Check your USB-LCD module vendor-ID and product-ID,
 then rewrite or add in displaylink-main.c.
  {.idVendor = 0x17e9, .match_flags = USB_DEVICE_ID_MATCH_VENDOR,},
  
 You can use the Makefile buildin and module.

 If you use it in kernel modules, please add this module in Kconfig
 in drivers/video/

b)USB configuration
 Some USB-LCD modules based on DisplayLink, Zero installation model.
 First step it apper CD-ROM keeping windows driver, then you moust change
 configiuration bit manually. In my case udev and usemode-switch.
