Burn Wires

Burn wire code uses PWM to decrease the power output. We need to do some testing to fine tune the duty cycle of the PWM and the duration of the burn. The test plan includes setting up the worst case scenario- using the older battery packs, putting them in the freezer and testing the burn when the batteries are approximately 20% charged. Note: there is a capacitor in front of the transistors to decrease bounce. This means that the PWM cannot be shorter than the amount of time it takes for the capacitor to charge.
