Neural activity in unborn mice is recorded using patchclamp techniques into AxonInstruments (Molecular Devices LLC) AxoScope Files (ABF). Identifying and measuring this activities can be tedious in large recordings. This software gives the lab technician user a tool to fasten this process, by selecting some representative events and training an artificial neural network (ANN) to identify similar events in the registry file. These events might be saved and printed for further analysis. The trained ANN might be saved also to process other files.
Project created with:
- Matworks Matlab R14 (7.04)
- Matlab database toolbox
- Matlab neural networks toolbox
- PostgreSQL
The program was designed to work as a standalone system, by using Matlab Compiler Runtime.
