Upgrade jsPsych contents (minimal install of jsPsych.js and /plugins directory) to v6.3.0.

Upgrade jsPsych contents (minimal install of jsPsych.js and /plugins directory) to v6.3.0.
The existing quickstart version (3.1) is very out of date with the current jsPsych release. When attempting a simple upgrade by replacing jsPsych.js, many lines in the existing index.html script break.
The quickstart is also incompatible with much of the information and many of the examples in the main documentation at jsPsych.org. This pull request should fix these issues.
