Screwdriver Bill of Materials

• SVPRO 5MP 30FPS USB Camera

• 6 mm diameter × 2 mm height neodymium magnets — 5 pcs

• M2 8mm screws - I used this set
  • Amazon
• Precision screwdriver with standard 4mm hex shank bits - I am using the bits from this screwdriver

Screwdriver Instructions

1. Position both parts on the print bed:
   • stl/screwdriver_servo_holder_with_camera_mount_v1.2.stl
   • stl/koch_screwdriver_chuck.stl
2. In your slicer (e.g. Bamboo Studio for the X1-Carbon) add a pause at the top of the magnet cavity.

3. When the print pauses, insert a stack of 5 magnets into the cavity.
4. Resume printing.

Test Bed Bill of Materials

• 3 M4 hex nuts. I used the ones from this set on Amazon
• 1 M4 8mm height flat head philips screw

Test Bed Instructions

1. Position both parts on the print bed:
   • stl/test_bed.stl
2. In the slicer, add a pause at the top of the nut cavities
3. When the print pauses, insert the 3 M4 hex nuts into the nut cavities.
4. Resume printing.
