Intro

Some classic bioinformatic implemented by Matlab.

  • Partial Digest

    Given all pairwise distances between points on a line, reconstruct the positions of those points.

  • Motif Searching(2 brutal force & 2 cutting branch Tree)

    find the most showing gene pattern(1-dim array) called motif in a DNA sequance(m x n matrix) without prior knowledge.

Quick Start

run the function in .m file with appropriate parameter setting.
