This is the capstone project for Udacity, Android Nano Degree program.
Application is developed for doctors who make a survey to their patients about medical history. With this application doctors can prepare surveys about their speciality and print or save the surveys as PDF's.
Patient surveys recorded by date and can be accesable from menu. Also patient and doctor part of the application is secured with user defined password.
