- Update parameters in suite2P_make_db_KCW.m
- Run suite2P_master_file_KCW.m (this takes a while)
- Run new_main.m. Get good neurons. (Use the "proc" version)
- Update and run processSingleBlocks.m
- Update and run makeBasicDataFile.m
