In Ubuntu, they don't use 'peanuts', so this will attempt to get the password from chrome itself. This has been tested manually and works, ubuntu 19.04, chrome 76.0.3809.132, Python 3.7

Allow for password to be passed in as bytes instead of str https://docs.python.org/3/library/hashlib.html?highlight=pbkdf2_hmac#hash-algorithms > Note > Feeding string objects into update() is not supported, as hashes work > on bytes, not on characters.
Also the after_failure stanza is no longer working so remove it.
