Adapt README,CONTRIBUTORS and LICENCE to GitHub standards

First tag after the migration to github

Submitting final presentation for Monday 2013-09-02 to Danilo.

From now on, it's possible that someone from SFT gets SAS so I should keep
master branch clean.
Until Monday, I should keep master branch consistent with the presentation
content.
