Forked from the Heroku python buildpack, so that it installs python through pyenv.
Example usage:
$ cat .python-version
stackless-3.3.5
$ heroku create --region eu --buildpack https://github.com/Enucatl/heroku-buildpack-python-pyenv.git
$ git push heroku master

Cleaning up...
The buildpack will detect your app as Python if it has the file requirements.txt in the root.
It will use Pip to install your dependencies, vendoring a copy of the Python runtime into your slug.
