I consolidated knowledge learned in class around file readin, lists, array, numpy and functions

checked other read file methods (different from readline() and readlines() which were the ones used in the assignment)

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

No Challeneges.

How were these changes tested?

Ran the code in stages and also tested that operations where correctly applied by looking into the csv files themselves
