LFU cache implementation O(1)

How to use:

1. Clone repository
2. cargo run
3. create [capacity] to init storage
4. insert [key] [value] to insert values
5. get [key] to extract value by key
6. clear to clear the cache
7. show to look at it
8. exit to close
