The source code of the shiny application consists of the ui.R and server.R. This application calculates the CHA2DS2-VASc score that determines the stroke risk per year and displays the score as well as the risk in percent. This application allows the user to input age and gender, which are displayed reactively. The medical conditions consist of the checkboxes. After hitting the Calculate button, the score as well as the stroke risk per year are displayed in their respective boxes.
