I am a Computer Science researcher and educator currently pursuing my Master of Science (M.Sc.) at the University of Calgary. With a background as a Senior Lecturer and over 7 years of academic experience, I bridge the gap between complex theoretical concepts and real-world software solutions.

  • Medical Imaging Analysis: Supervised a novel work utilizing Deep Learning to detect bone fractures and classify diabetic retinopathy.
  • Bioinformatics: Creating novel algorithms for DNA/RNA sequence compression using Deep Learning and arithmetic encoding, achieving breakthrough compression rates.
