Updated version to 1.3.2 and copyright notices to 2012.

Updated Heimdall (command line) autotools files for the 1.3.1 changes.

Heimdall 1.3.1 should now build on Linux and OS X.

Minor OS X UI tweaks.

Made "make install" install the udev rules.
