Added a file identifier to TreeNodeIdProvider. The id is based on the file URI. Changed Intersect to use this file id also.

Elemennt-constructor function no longer gets inlined. This is because when an element is constructed it needs a unqiue ID.

Optimized the implementation of ids for the element-constructor. Fixed duplicates showing in final result. Cleaned up intersect implementation.
