Updated styling for menu and form

So, I have created a css flex nav menu for the top with some colors and styling. This will look better on any device and allows it to resize better. I have created color variables in the root css element to use throughout the stylesheet. You update the variable at the top and it will change colors consistently. Helps so you don't have to keep finding each instance of the color. I did not create variables for every single one but for the main colors. I have also updated the padding on the form section. It was so close to the edges of the page that scrolling became an issue once a form text box had scrolling as well. Let me know if you are happy with this.

@Redevectored @rockstarcreativestudio something tells me that @amitbl is not as willing to merge fork, as it has been multiple versions away. Otherwise to aggregate most features as a more catch-all system #165
