A web application and scripts to do all the things that other parts of our service can't reach.

= Statistics =
First module deals with trying to collect impact data and present it in a format suitable for management review.
Initial work is on the Apple Excel Weekly report sheets. Next up is Apache log records for media server.

= File and Feed Manager =
System for holding metadata about Items, Files and Feeds known to the system. Initially this data is imported
and synced from an existing legacy database.
