[ADD] Mixed precision & Gradio local demo

1. Add the mixed precision support for wan-move model. The 14B model can be used in a single 40GB GPU with --t5_cpu --offload_model True --dtype bf16.
2. Finish the local Gradio demo for the model, support multi-trajectory drawing and speed control. The trajectory is achieved by adding key points in the trajectory, enabling flexible control.
