This program was written at the Department of Computer and Information
Science, University of Pennsylvania, and the Spoken Language Systems
Group, Laboratory for Computer Science, MIT.

Step 1: Please read the copyright file before proceeding.

Step 2: To compile, type "make".  You might have to edit the make file
for your machine.  The executables will by default be placed in the
"Bin" directory.

Step 3: Look in the Docs directory for README files.
