Machine learning on birth rates in LA county by hospital and age. We have now switched to machine learning on hospitals in California in general. Also on some newborn machine learning. Used Sci-Kit learn, Amazon ML, and Microsoft Azure. Note: The Script with Sci-Kit does not work at the moment.
