Not required since tox installs unittest2 in the py26 environment.

This adds the possibility of doing coverage testing in our
tox.inifile. It also switches Travis over to using tox just for consistency.Originally we thought tox just ran a build matrix which Travis already had so we didn't switch. Tox also manages dependencies for local testing (e.g. the unittest2 for python2.6), and installs from source distribution so it also tests our use of setuptools.
