[#3557] disable QuickEdit plugin on upgrade w/ QM+

QuickManager+ has been given an additional legacy name of 'QuickEdit' so that
users upgrading from old installs, with QuickEdit enabled, do not end up with
both QuickEdit and QuickManager+ running at the same time.
