When running the OnNotificationXXX events I was missing some information
from the Google response, so I added an extra parameter to it of type
GcmResponse. This was necessary because I could not get i.a. the
corresponding messageId.
Many of the changes are unfortunate result of a Visual Studio autoformating the code when for example '}' is typed.
