Mac support

Edited main1 -> main1_mac:

• Uses CoreAudio for playing sound
• Uses standard Logic Pro + Ableton + probably everything else keyboard input layout
• Removed audio device enumeration because it's not necessary and cbb

Compile with g++ -std=c++17 main1_mac.cpp -o synth -framework AudioToolbox -framework ApplicationServices
