Extract transcript length from orchestrator #38

This change enables the extraction of `transcript_length` and other quality metrics from the `AutonomousIntelligenceOrchestrator` execution result, which is crucial for benchmarking purposes. Changes: - Modified `AutonomousIntelligenceOrchestrator` to store the last execution result in `self.last_execution_result`. - Updated `scripts/benchmark_autointel_flags.py` to extract `transcript_length` from the orchestrator's last execution result. - Ensured `self.last_execution_result` is reset at the start of each workflow execution to prevent data staleness.
