Ao tentar executar seu script para testar a velocidade da minha conexão, verifiquei que o mesmo importava um módulo que eu não tinha instalado, por isso obtive um erro. Então vi que ele precisa do pacote
speedtest-clique encontrei via pip.Após instalar esse pacote, consegui finalmente executar o script de teste de conexão. Decidi adicionar isso no README do seu projeto, indicando o comando para instalar este pacote. Aproveitei e coloquei uma imagem de exemplo.
