Projects tour

We are a group of 4 students from the Music engineer's Master of science in the Politecnico of Milan. Here you can find the 3 projects developed for the Computer Music Languages and Systems exam, each in a different branch.

Project one: Audio effects classifier

Implementation of a SVM classifier system able to predict the presence or not of a Tremolo or a the Distorsion effect applied to a guitar and bass mono audio recording. For further detailes plese see Homework1 branch.

Project two: Flanger plug-in in Juce

Implementation of a Flanger plug-in with feedback designed in JUCE using Projucer for the audio-processor and the GUI implementation. For further detailes plese see Homework2 branch. If you want to try our plug-in in any DAW you can dowload the VST-3 file.

Project three: The Handy FM Synthetiser

Implementation of a unusual FM synthesizer where the user can change the sound in real time moving the hand in front of a webcam, with a dynamic pameters visualization through geometric and colorfull animations.
