PNG National Procurement Commission - eTender Management System

This is the eTender Management System that was built using Django Framework: Python. The complexity of this system is determined by its building blocks activity, where their interoperability is talored to secure API using DevSecOps approach. The Building blcoks include, Payment, Identity, Registry, Registration, Notification, Geographic Information System, with its secured workflow. This system is built to ensure there is no bias in the procurement process. The system will eliminate corrupt practices and will ensure transparency.
