How to Register Data Sources for ASP.NET Core Dashboard Control

The following example displays how to provide a Web Dashboard with a set of predefined data sources available for end users.

Supported data sources:

• SQL data source
• OLAP data source (XMLA only)
• Excel data source
• Object data source
• Entity Framework data source
• Extract data source
• JSON data source
• XPO data source

The DashboardConfigurator.SetDataSourceStorage method is used to register the added data sources in a data source storage.
