Welcome to the Protocols wiki!

The idea of this repository is to create interactive protocols for all laboratory assays. I'm starting with more simple assays and progressing to more complicated ones.

The vision is that anyone (but especially my students) will be able to download and run the iPython notebooks. As they step through the cells, they will be directed on how the assay is performed and asked for the relevant data that needs to be recorded. By syncing with their own github repositories, the version control of github then acts as a virtual notebook. Finally, iPython notebooks can output html files, which can be uploaded to blogger (if needed).
