Before this change, tests in TXE would allow for certain contract behaviors that would later fail in production. For example, Bob would be able to write into Alice's owned private storage by using her keys
This happened because the TXE would not use scopes correctly for key validations. So we added a little test for this exact scenario that initially passed but, with the appropriate fix, started failing
