Supporting USB video capturing device, with module uvcvideo.ko

While using docker container as development on Mac OSX host, it's impossible to use the FaceTime HD Camera, even you attached the device with VirtualBox. The reason is boot2docker.iso is built without media drivers. This release build the boot2docker distro with uvcvideo.ko module.
