Adding code for file reading in, summarizing the data, and detecting errors

What did you learn from the changes you have made?

I learnt how to read in files, get data summaries using NumPy, check arrays for errors.

Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?

For part 3, I first thought to use if statement but the code was longer than using the nested approach to call functions

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

No challenges, but I went back and forth between course slides and Google

How were these changes tested?

Using Visual Studio Code and Jupyter Notebook extension on my laptop
