How is WebDriverJS positioned amongst other WebDriver Javascript implementations?

WebDriverJS (this repo) is not the official (i.e. maintained by core Selenium developers) WebDriver Javascript implementation, despite having the same naming.

WebDriverNode is a fork of this repo published under a different name on NPM, with unknown added features.
