  3. inicio dos testes da função 

    - teste_foi_lancado

- implementação da lógica dos métodos lancar e foi_lancado

atualizando os valores dos atributos quando o método for executado
   - self._angulo_de_lancamento
   - self._tempo_de_lancamento
   que serão utilizados no lançamento

- modificação do método foi_lancado
   se os atributos self._tempo_de_lancamento é None irá retornará False
   casó contrário retornará True
